THE OPERATION
BlackJack Events only appoints highly trained and experienced teams of waiters, guaranteeing that all function requirements, pertaining to waitron and bar service, are met with the highest of standards.
We, at BlackJack Events Waitering Division take full responsibility for all staff bookings and ensure their punctual arrival and departure. All staff are fully briefed and allocated before functions, allowing for a smooth and congruent running of operations.
Staff hours are captured and signed by the client on timesheets supplied by BlackJack Events, which are used as proof of hours worked for both the clients and staff. It however, must be noted that all staff are booked for a minimum of 3 hours.
BlackJack Events is responsible for all client invoicing and staff payments. Should a client wish to tip the staff, it is suggested that this be done at the function and in cash.
