Unlike many of our competitors, The BlackJack Events Waitering Division has a comprehensive screening process, allowing us to individually handpick our staff, ensuring the highest quality of service available.
Training at BlackJack Events is a priority, with regular sessions being held, reinforcing the relative fundamentals of waitering, bartending and client services.
Our staff have gained extensive experience from serving a wide variety of corporate and private clients, and therefore have become accustomed to various cultures and protocol. A strict code of conduct has been developed and is adhered to, by all members of staff, with a comprehensive feedback system ensuring strict adherence at all times
